Four. Participation measures

(1) athlete qualification

The qualification of the participants is implemented according to the general provisions of the eighteenth Jilin games.

(two) age requirement

1. cross country skiing:

Group A: under 18 years old (including 18 years old), born after July 1, 1999.

Group B: aged 15 to 16 years old, born from July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2003, with bone age below 16.9 years old.

Group C: under 14 years old (including 14 years old), born after July 1, 2003, with bone age below 14.9 years old.

2. alpine skiing:

Group A: under 18 years old (including 18 years old), born after July 1, 1999.

Group B: aged 15 to 16 years old, born from July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2003, with bone age below 16.9 years old.

Group C: under 14 years old (including 14 years old), born after July 1, 2003, with bone age below 14.9 years old.

3. ski jumping:

Group A: under 18 years old (including 18 years old), born after July 1, 1999.

Group B: male: aged 15 to 16 years old, born from July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2003, with bone age below 16.9 years old.

(Note: skiing women's group B is the smallest group of the project. In order to meet the needs of all age groups, the lower age limit of the group should be abolished according to the actual situation.

Athletes age adopts dual track system of life age and bone age value.

Five, competition method

(1) the drawing lots will be decided by the competition.

(two) the individual events of alpine skiing skate two times on the same line in the same day. According to the results of the two effective sliding time, the alpine omnipotence does not compete alone.

(three) skiing skiing is carried out in two individual competitions, ranking according to the sum of two matches. There are 4 teams in each group (at least 2 people meet the age group). Each person performs two games, according to the results of two matches of 4 people.

(four) cross country skiing 3 x 5km relay one or two bar for traditional taxi, three bar for free taxi.

(five) Freestyle Skiing Aerials.

1. mixed group events, 3 teams per team, and no more than 2 athletes of the same sex race. The competition is divided into preliminaries and finals. After the first round of the competition, 6 teams from the top to the lowest level are placed in the finals. The final round is discharged from high to low according to the results of the competition. The top 6 players perform 1 jumps in each round of the competition. The athletes in the preliminaries and finals must choose different movements. The total score of each team's 3 athletes is the result of the team's competition. If the athletes return the match during the competition, they will be calculated according to the sum of the rest of the team's competitors. If the athlete's highest personal achievement is still the same, then continue to compare the athlete's secondary personal achievement and so on. If they are still the same, they will be ranked according to the above order according to the latest results of the national sports administration.

In the 2. person's competition, the athlete must complete two jumps different movements. The sum of the two jumps is the result of the athlete's competition. The first round is decided by the draw before the race, and the second round starts according to the first jump result from the high to low reverse order; the match result is the same, according to the newly approved personal score of the State Sports General Administration, the competition rules are ranked equally. In addition to grading the latest competition rules of the State General Administration of sports, it will also give extra bonus points, plus points, grades and standard tables.

(six) freestyle skiing skills.

1. mixed group competition is divided into three rounds. Each round is carried by one competitor of each team. The starting sequence of the first and second rounds is decided by lots. In the third round, according to the total score of the first two rounds, the final result of the 3 teams is ranked as the final achievement of the team. The same team compares the highest individual performance of the team, if it is still the same, then continues to compare the athletes' sub high personal scores, and so on. If they are still the same, they will be ranked according to the above order according to the latest results of the national sports administration.

2. men's competitions, men and women, are divided into preliminaries and finals. The starting sequence of the preliminaries is drawn by balloting. The top 12 of the preliminaries are in the final round, and the results of the preliminaries are not taken to the finals. If the total number of athletes in the men's or women's individual events is less than 12, all the athletes will enter the finals. The lower athletes start out first, and the top 12 are discharged from high to low according to the results of the competition. Athletes can choose whether to use the diving platform or not, and use the platform to judge the air movements according to the rules. Those who do not use the diving platform do not take the aerial action points.

(seven) snowboarding U site.

1. person technical difficulty stipulates actions: women athletes are required to complete the five actions in order: the right front foot blade, the air turning plate, the right foot, the rear blade, the 540 degree grab plate, the front foot swivel 360 degree grip plate, the front foot edge turning 360 degree grab plate, the front foot flip somersault rotating grip plate, and the male athletes are required to complete five actions stipulated in order: the front edge of the right foot is turning around in the air. Plate, right foot, back edge swivel 540 degree grab plate, front foot forward somersault, turn 720 degree grab plate, reverse front front edge swivel 360 degree grabbing plate, front foot edge flip somersault grip plate.

2. the U technology of individual Snowboard skiing: the men's and women's personal skills include the air turning grip, the grab board, the arrow grabbing board, the somersault grip plate, the reverse foot swivel grip plate.

Note: the individual technology category requires that the action must be completed, and all the required actions can be designed and arranged in a single round.

3. the U optional venue of snowboarding is carried out according to the prescribed budget and finals.

(eight) adopt the latest competition rules and referee Handbook of all ski events approved by the State General Administration of sport.

Six. Admission and Awards

According to the general provisions of the eighteenth Jilin games.

Seven, registration and registration

(1) each unit must mail or fax to the Changchun Sports Bureau and Jilin Sports Bureau snow sports management center 30 days before the competition (with postmark as the criterion). Two copies of the entries are sent to the Sports Bureau and the Sports Bureau of Yunnan Province.

(two) when applying for registration, the registration form of unified provincial and Provincial Games must be filled out one by one, and the official seal of the unit and medical department should be stamped, otherwise it will be invalid. No change can be made after registration.

(three) each unit will report on the two day before the competition, and two weeks before the competition, it can be trained at the competition venue. The organizer will assist in arranging accommodation, transportation and opening the venue.

(four) the referee will report to the match two days before the competition. The chief judge and the editor will be counted up to three days before the match.

Eight. Referees and arbitration committees

(1) the chief referee, the Deputy referee and the arbitration committee are appointed by the Provincial Sports Bureau. The referee is selected by the Changchun Sports Bureau.

(two) the duties of the members of the arbitration committee shall be implemented according to the work regulations of the Arbitration Commission.

Nine, others

(1) the funds are taken care of by all participating units.

(two) the undertaking unit should ensure that the facilities of the site are perfect and safe, and the lines are smooth.

(three) athletes must wear equipment that meets safety requirements (such as downhill skiing and skiing must wear helmets) to participate in the competition.
